By browsing the Website you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions and notices and we therefore recommend that you check these each time you visit the Website.
Access to the Website is intended only for students and staff of Skillset and the following affiliated screen academies ("Screen Academy"):
Access to the Website is permitted at our discretion on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw access to the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you in any way if the Website becomes unavailable.
You will need to register and log in as a user before you are able to use the Website. To register you need to provide a valid email address. We will then send a password to you, which you can then change to a password of your choosing using the facilities on the Website.
When using the Website (including any user areas), you must comply at all times with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the user registration information you provide is true, accurate and updated regularly. Your password should be kept secret and you should not disclose it to anyone else. We will not be responsible for any losses that arise out of the unauthorised use of your account. We have the right to disable any user profile or user content r if, in our discretion, you have not complied with these terms and conditions.

The Website includes copyrighted materials, trade marks and other proprietary information and is subject to and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Without limitation Skillset owns a copyright in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such Materials as well as in the content original to Skillset. Whilst the Website may from time to time contain certain advertising material, Skillset does not endorse or accept any liability for any of the products or services so advertised, or for any error or inaccuracy in the advertisements.
